She focuses on getting the best rates with the highest level of service for borrowers with Conventional, VA, FHA, Agency niche products, Super Jumbo, Jumbo, Non-QM, Non-warrantable condo, Foreign National and Alternate Documentation lending.
Cydney has a diverse background in the mortgage industry, having previously worked as an Account Executive for Deephaven Mortgage, Sprout Mortgage, CitiMortgage and First Franklin Financial. Before that, Cydney served as a Management Consultant, providing services to Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Bankers and Warehouse Lenders. She also performed Due Diligence Reporting and conducted Agency Readiness Reviews for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & Ginnie Mae.
Cydney is interested in and participates in all thing’s real estate. She has bought and sold many properties, has renovated her own home, has invested in property she sold after only holding a short time, and others that she still owns.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys hiking, biking, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, working out with friends, being a mom and being a chicken mom. She eats fresh eggs every day from her lovely hens.
